This is a 38-acre site for a new warehouse and distribution center for Lifetime Products. The project consists of a new 40 ft. tall, 675,995 sf. building, 445,463 sf. of asphalt paving, 8,800 lf. of concrete curb and gutter, and 249,850 sf. of concrete paving completed and supplied by Staker Parson.
In conjunction with Stacey Enterprises and other subcontractors, this site will provide distribution of all Lifetime products from their 42 different nearby 120,000+ SF manufacturing buildings for a one-stop loading process.

SR-115 & US-6 Pavement Rehabilitation
Working within a 9-hour nightly mill and overlay shift, our traffic control, trucking, asphalt plant, and construction crews were successfully able to rotomill 4" of existing asphalt and pave back 2.5" of hot mix asphalt (HMA). Upon completing the HMA phase of 28,134 tons, we paved back 18,553 tons of Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) on 17 lane miles, with only two bumps to grind.
C4 Mega Frack Pond
This project was the second pond Burdick Materials has built for EP Energy that is 20 acres in size designed to hold 1.2 million oil barrels of water which equal 50.4 million gallons of fresh water.
